About the role

As a Front End Developer at Fuselab Creative, your main duty is to create SaaS solutions that prioritize user experience while also presenting data in an interactive and understandable way. You will work closely with product designers to produce engaging interfaces using your expertise in Data Viz. Here’s What We’re Looking For

  • English C1+
  • 2-4 years of experience in an Agile environment (Kanban, Scrum), preferably in a Project Manager and/or Product Manager role
  • The ability to manage multiple teams as well as roll up your sleeves and get into the details as necessary
  • A thorough understanding of requirements gathering through the Discovery, Roadmap, and  Scope of Work phases
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and teaching junior Agile practitioners with in-depth knowledge of Scrum

Here’s What You’ll Do Day-to-day

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, widgets, and reports
  • Gather and analyze Power BI business requirements from the client 
  • Create standards, naming conventions, and other relevant metadata standards for setting up industry best practices
  • Assist team in understanding prepared data within a data warehouse or other source systems
  • Provide guidance on the design of complex reporting solutions and ensure alignment between the client and the design team
  • Create a process and procedure for supporting quality assurance metrics and checks for each dashboard to make sure reported data matches source data
  • Maintain consistent documentation throughout the BI standard development process
  • Ensure the final result provides the intended value to clients by responding to feedback and making adjustments as needed
