About the role

We are growing our design team and are looking for a Remote Senior Product Designer to be part of the multidisciplinary, distributed design company to create great products for our clients.

Ideally, you will be able to solve complex problems and create compelling products that drive business goals and delight end users covering SaSS, B2B, Transportation, Travel, Data Systems Management, and Healthcare industries.  In this role, you’ll either take on an existing project and improve its design or lead a new client from the ground up. You will report to the Product Design Director and be positioned in one of our Product Design squads.

About the role

We are growing our design team and are looking for a Remote Senior Product Designer to be part of the multidisciplinary, distributed design company to create great products for our clients.

Ideally, you will be able to solve complex problems and create compelling products that drive business goals and delight end users covering SaSS, B2B, Transportation, Travel, Data Systems Management, and Healthcare industries.  In this role, you’ll either take on an existing project and improve its design or lead a new client from the ground up. You will report to the Product Design Director and be positioned in one of our Product Design squads.

Here’s What We’re Looking For

  • English B2+
  • 4+ years of Product Design expertise
  • Skills in storytelling and presentation of design work
  • A design portfolio showcasing your design work as well as your design process
  • Excellent sense of aesthetics and knowledge of current trends in design
  • A strong understanding of UI and UX design is essential, as is recognizing UX dark patterns
  • Adapt well to fast-paced environments, follow schedules and project budget
  • Organized and capable of providing order and structure in an Agile Design Environment
  • Advanced expertise in Figma

Here’s What You’ll Do Day-to-day

  • Work with project stakeholders, PO, Creative and Product Directors to drive a concept from Discovery to Design Delivery
  • Partner with the design teams to develop a user-centric point of view for the projects
  • Gather design research and market analysis for use in addressing stakeholder perspectives
  • Provide high-quality mockups and prototypes that illustrate the end-to-end user flow
  • Provide design specifications, prototypes, and assets to developers in close collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering Leads
  • Ensure the final result provides the intended value to clients by responding to feedback and making adjustments as needed

  • Pro-level experience creating advanced Figma prototypes
