Imagine you are dentist with a newly set up practice and you are struggling to get new patients in the door. This is precisely where MMG comes to the rescue. It is an easy to use system for attracting new patients, for retaining those you already have, and for setting up a customized system to tackle the dreaded task of appointment scheduling.

Tech for the Non-Techy

Although dentists use a lot of sophisticated machinery, computers are not always one of them. The FuseLab team created a design that would allow a user to be up and running with only a minimal amount of information, and even less computer chops.

UX Design

The UX theme for this project was about creating a perceived return on investment in under five minutes. Users immediately realize how powerful this system is and how it will help them grow their business. Video tutorials were placed through out the set-up process to make it as stress-free as possible. Positive experiences – this is what we live for!

UI Design

The trick is always the same: find the balance between what is often too much information and therefore overwhelming, and not sufficient information and therefore lacking efficiency. It’s part magic, part being a good listener, and part understanding that we all want the things to be as easy as possible to use
